Thursday, June 23 2016 Smoke from the #SanGabrielComplex fire on the #AngelesNF to Continue to Impact #InlandEmpire

Smoke concentrations in the LA Basin and Inland Empire from the San Gabriel Complex fire has continued to be at the moderate levels.  The smoke model indicates that today will be similar to yesterday and the same can be expected for tomorrow.  Smoke concentrations will be highest in the morning hours as smoke pools in the valleys overnight.  Today's Red Flag conditions may increase fire activity and result in greater production of smoke. Below is an image of air quality readings throughout the LA Basin at 9am today.  Green indicates "good" air quality and yellow indicates "moderate."
