The Smoke Impact Forecast 3 for the Soberanes Fire is being revised. This necessary in order to reflect that the burnout "will not" be taking place today. It has been delayed. Ignition is planned to start tomorrow. This is always subject to change on wildfire as we need to be flexible and adaptable to the situation.
