The smoke modeling program called BlueSky is an important tool used to produce the smoke forecasts posted to this blog. The model was developed by the U.S. Forest Service's Pacific Wildland Fire Sciences Lab AirFire team. Find out more information about the BlueSky in GeekWire's article.
