Less smoke was observed yesterday over California as southwest winds brought clouds and higher humidity to much of the state.
The South and North parts of the state will continue to see southwest flow (and continued favorable smoke dispersion) today and tomorrow. However there is potential for some dry thunderstorms as more tropical moisture gets entrained in that flow beginning late Thursday.
