Thursday, October 9, 2014 - Dog Rock Fire - Successful Suppression Efforts and Minimal Smoke Impacts.
Emissions and growth from the Dog Rock Fire were much less than for the first day due to successful suppression efforts yesterday. As a result, air quality has returned to the good range at all sites. Monitoring data and improvements in visibility reflect these improvements:
